New York City Trip
This year the chorus will again offer another trip to New York City on Saturday, April 14, 2012. Transportation will be provided by Executive Coach, Inc. The itinerary for the trip will be strictly a do as you please day. Each student that attends the trip needs to have their own chaperone go along to be responsible for them the entire day. This could be a parent, aunt/uncle, grandparent, or friend’s parent (approved by Mr. Fair). Sorry, older siblings are not allowed to act as a chaperone. This will allow students and their chaperone to attend whatever show or attraction they would like to see.
The cost of the trip will be $40.00 per seat plus money for souvenirs, shows, and all meals at your discretion. Reservations will be first-come, first-served according to the time stamp on the website submitted form. A check deposit of $10.00 per seat will need to be paid ASAP to secure your seat(s). Checks should be made payable to: ELCO High School and sent to Mr. Fair at the high school in a sealed envelope with a note listing the names of the people whose seats the check is covering.
The trip will run rain or shine. All family members are welcome to go along. Departure from ELCO High School will be 6am with departure from mid-town Manhattan at 7pm. Pick-up and drop-off will be behind the Winter Garden Theater. Mr. Fair will provide Maps of mid-town and popular eateries. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Fair.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have reserved a seat(s), you are responsible for full payment of that seat(s), unless you can “sell” your seat(s) to someone else.
