Great Adventure Performance Trip
The ELCO Raider Chorus is tentatively scheduled to perform in an adjudication festival on the morning of Friday, May 13, 2011, pending board approval. The total cost of the trip is $75.00. This cost includes round trip coach bus transportation provided by Conestoga Tours, registration costs for the festival, and admission to Great Adventure Amusement Park. Students will also need some spending money for food and souvenirs that day. Great Adventure does not allow coolers or lunch bags into the park. Departure from the High School that day will be approximately 6:00am with departure from Great Adventure at approximately 6:00pm. We would return to ELCO High School around 8:30pm.
In order for this trip to happen, I need a definitive commitment from a majority of the chorus. If I don’t have enough kids to go, the trip will have to be cancelled. To sign-up for the trip, fill out the form below. Once you have submitted the form, you understand that you are committed to going and paying $75.00 for the trip. NO REFUNDS will be given. Once the money is paid, I cannot get it back, unless you can sell your seat to someone else who wants to go. Parents and siblings are invited to go along on a first come, first serve basis and must fill out the Family Member Commitment Form below. Chorus members have priority. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Fair. October 26th, 2010 is the deadline to submit a commitment form. Mr. Fair will make a decision on October 27th, 2010 whether the trip will take place and notify the chorus.
